TITANS 01: Played in just one game (vs. UC Riverside on April 29), and grounded into a double play in his only plate appearance Considered one of the teams emotional leaders off the field, Alley received the Best Teammate Award, as voted on by the players. EL CAMINO COLLEGE: Played two seasons for Coach Nick Van Lue at El Camino College in Torrance, Calif. Earned honorable mention All-South Coast Conference honors as a sophomore, when he batted .337 (31-for-92) in 31 games. EASTSIDE CATHOLIC H.S.: Was a three-year letterman for Coach Gary Seefreid at Eastside Catholic H.S. in Bellevue, Wash. Earned honorable mention All-Metro League honors as a second baseman his senior season, when he batted .330 with six doubles and 10 stolen bases Also a standout golfer, Alley finished second in the state regional golf tournament and was a state finalist.
