SANTA ANA COLLEGE (2001): Named a California Community College All-American for Coach Don Sneddon at Santa Ana College Helped the Dons (37-12 overall) win the Orange Empire Conference title and reach the state super regionals Batted .369 with nine homers, 21 doubles and 50 RBI His .371 batting average in regular season play was the eighth-best mark in the conference while his .669 slugging percentage was fourth-best Batted .357 with two homers and seven RBI in seven playoff games. FULLERTON COLLEGE (1999): Had a solid freshman campaign for Coach Nick Fuscardo, batting .371 (second on the Hornets) with a team-high eight home runs and 41 RBI Added 13 doubles and two triples for a team-best .657 slugging percentage Had 22 walks and was hit by nine pitches, bringing his team-best on-base percentage to .480 Stole eight bases in 10 attempts Hit two home runs against El Camino on Feb. 12. SERVITE H.S.: Had a breakthrough senior year for Coach Tom Tereschuk at Servite H.S. in Anaheim, Calif. Batted .535 (46-for-86), seventh best in Orange County, drove in 46 runs (tied for first in the county) and hit one homer a grand slam Helped the Friars (20-7-1) to the Golden West League championship while earning first-team all-league, first-team All-Orange County and second-team All-CIF honors.
