Sophomore Senta Breden won the women's foil and freshman Rachel Liebing
won sabre competition Sunday to pace Cal State Fullerton at the Southern
California Collegiate Fencing Invitational at UC Irvine.
Junior Melissa Levengood took third in women's epee andsenior Naomi Rivas
was seventh in sabre.
In men's competition, junior Brian Fraser was second and sophomore Alex
Decker was third in foil; James Lukens was third in sabre and Matt McConnaughy
and Otra Oliver placed third and fifth, respecttively, in me's epee.
Fullerton's next competition is Sunday at Cal Tech vs. UCLA, UC Santa
Barbara, USC and UC Irvine.
