Liebing Place at Summer Nationals July 12, 2004 – Charlotte, N.C. Cal State Fullerton Fencing Coach Heizaburo Okawa celebrated his Fencing Hall of Fame induction weekend by winning the men's veterans (60 and older) competition at the 2004 Summer National Fencing Tournament in Charlotte, N.C. Titan sophomore-to-be Rachel Liebing placed third in Division I-A and seventh in the under-19 sabre competition. ###
