Beat Highlanders in Regular Season Finale APR. 17, 2002– Riverside, Calif.. Cal State Fullerton 4, UC Riverside 3 Cal State Fullerton swept the doubles for the decisive point Wednesday afternoon as the Titans beat UC Riverside, 4-3, in a Big West Conference women’s tennis match. The win left the Titans with an overall record of 8-14 and 1-5 in the Big West going into the conference championship tournament next week in Ojai. The two teams split the six singles matches with half of them going to split sets. Fullerton was buoyed by the full return to the lineup of Ana Iacob, its No. 1 singles player who missed much of the season due to injury and played only doubles in last week's return to action.
