The Cal State Fullerton women's tennis team won its ninth match of the
year, shutting out Southern Utah, 7-0, on Sunday at the Titan Tennis Courts.
Fullerton improved to 9-6 overall on the year and has won three of its
last four.
The Titans dropped just three games in sweeping all three doubles matches
by a combined 24-3. In singles play, Fullerton was equally as dominating,
sweeping all six matches in straight sets and losing only 10 out of 82
games.
Gina Le, Carla Rocha and Caroline Freeman each posted 6-0, 6-0, victories
on the day.
The Titans next face Wisconsin-Milwaukee on Monday (March 22) at 2 p.m.
at the Titan Tennis Courts on campus.
