Mission Viejo Sprinter Signs with CSF
Apr. 29, 2005– Fullerton, CA


Senior sprinter Kristyne Hanberg of Mission Viejo High School, who has a current best of 12.23 in the 100 meters and 25.22 in the 200, has signed a national letter of intent to continue her track and field career at Cal State Fullerton.

"Kristyne brings tremendous strength to the Titan sprint/relay program and she will make an immediate impact in the Big West Conference," said Titans' Sprint Coach Kenny McDaniel.

Hanberg was recently named athlete of the week by the Orange County Register after winning three events against El Toro High School.
