Titans to Honor Eugenia Miller-Rycraw on Saturday Jan. 20, 2005 Fullerton, Calif.
A pregame celebration to honor former Cal State Fullerton women's basketball
All-American and current assistant coach Eugenia Miller-Rycraw is planned
for this Saturday (Jan. 22) prior to the Titans' Big West Conference contest
against the University of Idaho.
Miller-Rycraw, whose No. 40 hangs in the rafters among other Titan basketball
greats on the south side of Titan Gym, is one of three Fullerton women's
basketball players to earn All-America honors after averaging 29.4 ppg
and 12.3 rpg in her senior season of 1990-91.
A three-time selection to the All-Big West First Team, Miller-Rycraw is
the only player in Cal State Fullerton basketball history (man or woman)
to score over 2,000 points and grab 1,000 rebounds in a career. She still
holds the NCAA and Big West record for career blocked shots with 428.
