Titans Eliminated at NCAA Championships Mar. 21, 2003 –Kansas City, MO
All four Cal State Fullerton wrestlers
have been eliminated from competition at the NCAA Championships in Kansas
City.
At 141 pounds, Juan Mora lost to No. 1-seeded Teyon Ware of Oklahoma,
18-3 (technical fall at 7:00), and to Ryan L'Amoreaux of Michigan State,
6-2.
At 174 pounds, Chris Carlino lost to No. 7-seeded Brad Dillon of Lehigh,
4-1, and to Travis Pascoe of Nebraska, 22-8.
At 184 pounds, Rowdy Lundegreen lost to Austen Palmer of Iowa State, 12-3,
and to Jed Pennell of Oregon State, 7-4.
At 197 pounds, Landon Seefeldt lost to No. 10-seeded Sean Stender of Northern
Iowa, 13-1, and to Marcio Botelho of Fresno State, 12-5.
