TEMPLE CITY HS: Three-year varsity letterwinner at Temple City for head coach Bill Martin • also ran track for three years in both sprint and long-distance events • soccer honors include, second-team All-Rio Hondo League in 1998, two-time first-team all-league (1999-00), three-time Temple City Offensive Player of the Year (1998-00), Rio Hondo League Offensive Player of the Year (2000), two-time selection to the Pasadena Star News All-Area Team, and an All-CIF first-team selection in 2000 • team MVP in her freshman season (1997) • earned track Rookie of the Year honors in 1997 • CIF Finalist in track in the 1600m in 1998.

Born on Mar. 2, 1983 in Montebello, CA • Parents are Mark and Teresa • has an older brother Nick (19) amd a younger brother Travis (11) • undecided major at Cal State Fullerton, but hopes to become a teacher after graduation • lists soccer, skiing, and snowboarding as her hobbies • used to be a Girl Scout • her most memorable sports thrill was scoring the winning goal in double sudden death overtime to beat the defending CIF champions in the CIF playoffs • played club soccer for the SGVSC Surge.
