TITANS 2000: Appeared in 13 games in net for the Titans, starting 12 • played in just over 60 percent of the minutes in goal, allowing 23 goals on 186 shots and posting a 1.881 goals against average • shutout opponents twice and made 54 saves on the year.

SIMI VALLEY HS: Outstanding athlete and scholar at Simi Valley High • Three-year varsity soccer letterwinner for Coach Mark Johnson • All-CIF and two-time all-league selection and also made Los Angeles Times' all-region team • Defensive MVP and team captain • won scholar-athlete honors all four years • Was a member of California Scholastic Federation and National Spanish Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Born on Sept. 24, 1982, in Thousand Oaks • Parents are Gary and Diana • Has three sisters (Erin, Sara and Erica) and a younger brother, Matthew • Played club soccer for Las Virgenes Blazers and CRSC Infinity • Most memorable sports thrill was stopping a penalty kick in a championship game • Credits coach Scott Decker for giving her confidence she needed • earned athletic department academic honors in the spring of 2001 • spent the summer of 2001 with the Huntington Beach Rip Tide in the Ultimate Soccer League.
