CLOVIS HS: A four-year varsity letterwinner
as a midfielder and a striker for head coach Jon Howerton, Plascencia was
the 2001 Tri-River Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year and
was the Fresno Bee Player of the Year during her senior season broke
the girls scoring record as a senior with 29 goals and 13 assists
which also tied the boys scoring record twice named to the
Fresno Bee All-Star First Team she helped lead the Cougars to four
league championships and her club team, the Central California Heat, to
two Nor-Cal State Championships, one trip to the Nor-Cal State Finals, and
a Nor-Cal Semifinal appearance her club team advanced to the Far
West Region quarterfinals in 1998 and 2000 she was named to the All-Tournament
team of the Peggy Renberg Tournament twice during her career spent
the summer training and playing with the Mexican Womens National Team.
PERSONAL: Born Oct. 4, 1982 in Fresno Parents are Robert and
Eva has an older sister, Teresa, and a younger sister Nicole
wants to go into broadcasting or journalism upon graduation she is
double-jointed served five years as a California Youth Soccer Referee
member of the Principals Advisory Committee on Studet Affairs
and the Clovis City Drug Prevention Council elected junior class
secretary and served as the senior class vice president.
