Truman joins the Cal State Fullerton coaching staff as a graduate assistant coach in 2003 after a successful playing career at Duke University.

A standout four-year letterwinner for the Blue Devils, Truman was a second-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference selection and an all-region selection as a junior in 1999, finishing second on the team in scoring with 19 points (8 goals, 3 assists). She missed the entire 2000 season recovering from a torn ACL.

Truman, named team captain in three of her four years with the Blue Devils, completed her Duke career with 17 goals and 11 assists.

Truman prepped at Flintridge Prep in La Canada, lettering four years in soccer, three in softball and one year in volleyball. She was a three-time all-league selection in soccer and earned all-area and all-state honors as a senior in 1997.

She graduated in 2001 with a bachelors degree in psychology while minoring in religion. Born October 20, 1979, in Los Angeles, Truman is currently pursuing a graduate degree in sports psychology at Cal State Fullerton.
