Soccer Players
CAL STATE FULLERTON A walk-on player in 2003, this will be Warino’s first season with the women’s soccer team at Cal State Fullerton • she spent her freshman year as a distance runner with the Titans’ cross country team. ALISO NIGUEL HS Played four years of soccer for the Wolverines, helping Aliso Niguel to a CIF Division I championship as a junior • helped the Wolverines reach the CIF semifinals and a clinch a Sea View League title as a senior • also ran track for four years and cross country for three • member of the school-record holding 4x400 team as a sophomore and the record holder in the mile run as a junior, helping the team to the CIF finals that season • also pole vaulted as a senior. PERSONAL Born July 9, 1984, in Whittier, Calif. • parents are Sonia and Bill Koop • has four younger brothers, James Warino (17), Kamran Koop (9), Kody Koop (13) and Kyle Koop (12) • an undeclared major at Cal State Fullerton, she has aspirations to become a corporate lawyer after graduation.
